About the Role
Client Overview: A Global Crypto Exchange
Team Size:Â The team consists of individuals with deep experience from the top 3 exchanges.
Location:Â Remote. We welcome candidates who are open to a 6-day workweek (workdays may be adjusted after profits are stabilized), with potential for profit-sharing once the company becomes profitable.
Salary:Â Competitive, based on individual experience. High performers may be offered equity and profit-sharing benefits.
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the design and development of copy trading and spot trading systems, ensuring functionality is stable and efficient.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers in a multifunctional team to ensure platform architecture and stability.
Maintain and improve existing systems and microservices to ensure scalability and high availability.
Analyze and resolve technical challenges, maintaining high code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure platform security and compliance, preventing potential vulnerabilities.
Write and maintain efficient test cases to ensure smooth operation of continuous integration and delivery processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the design and development of exchange systems, with preference given to those with experience in copy trading/spot trading.
Proficiency in Java, with knowledge of common frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and experience in multi-threading and I/O programming.
Strong logical thinking skills, excellent professional qualities, and good communication and technical learning abilities.
Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture, with experience in high-performance Java programming and asynchronous programming patterns.
Interest or experience in the blockchain industry, with a willingness to work in the cryptocurrency field.
Ability to adapt to an agile development environment and work in a startup culture with a 6-day workweek, remote mode (team timezone: Beijing Time).
