About the Team: Founded by veterans from Citadel, Jump Trading, Credit Suisse and leading investment firms, the team boasts a unique blend of deep financial acumen and innovative blockchain expertise.


Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with KOLs, social media influencers and working closely with teams to achieve goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with KOLs and social media influencers to expand brand influence and market reach.

  • Network effectively with industry leaders, KOLs, and influencers to forge strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development and sales within DEX, CEX, and Web3 product, with a demonstrated strong understanding of decentralized technologies and trading dynamics.

  • Experience in engaging with KOLs and social media influencers and leveraging their influence.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in the startup environment.
