Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with KOLs, social media influencers and working closely with teams to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and strengthen relationships with KOLs and social media influencers to expand brand influence and market reach.
Network effectively with industry leaders, KOLs, and influencers to forge strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and sales within DEX, CEX, and Web3 product, with a demonstrated strong understanding of decentralized technologies and trading dynamics.
Experience in engaging with KOLs and social media influencers and leveraging their influence.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in the startup environment.
